Priya has been reviewing Samsung televisions since the KS8000 era - nine model years of QLED, Neo QLED, and The Frame panels tested under her own roof. Before joining Tech Junctions she spent six years as a product specialist at a Bay Area AV retailer, where she personally configured and delivered more than 400 Samsung installations and logged every quirk in a working notebook she still references today. She owns the Samsung vertical end-to-end: hands-on reviews, Tizen UI deep-dives, One Connect Box troubleshooting, and the "should you upgrade?" yearly comparison. Priya refuses to review a panel she hasn't watched for at least 60 hours of mixed content, and she keeps a rotating bench of three Samsung sets at any time so year-over-year comparisons are measured, not remembered.
